Are you ready to break free from emotional eating patterns and build a healthier relationship with food and yourself? Join our 12-week DBT Coaching Group designed to support individuals who are ready for meaningful change.
This structured group meets every Monday evening from 6:30 – 7:30 pm ET, beginning August 11 – October 27. Each Coaching Session includes powerful DBT-based tools, guided discussion, and supportive coaching to help you understand and shift emotional eating patterns.
In addition to the live virtual ZOOM coaching meetings, weekly e-Learning modules will be provided to reinforce core concepts, offer educational insights, and assist with homework between sessions.
This program requires a weekly time commitment and emotional investment. It is designed for those who are truly ready to challenge old patterns, engage fully, and take actionable steps toward sustainable change. Before signing up, please consider your readiness and willingness to commit to this journey of healing.
